Happy Monday! This week we are going to be talking about all things happiness. I find that when it comes to happiness it is something we all long for especially when we see others being happy. After the long and draining week many of us endured last week due to the Texas weather I started to think about how we can maintain happiness during stressful times. Happiness is so much more than a feeling and has so much more to do with who you are surrounded by and your situational mindset.

Intentions
This week I will focus on what genuinely makes me happy especially through tough times. These things are reading and listening to God’s word, getting to spend time having conversations with the ones I love, and taking time to relax. What things in your life make you happy?

Tip of the Week
When we come to hard times this week let us try not to dwell in these moments. Let’s redirect into spaces where we find happiness such as talking with a friend or loved one, Listening to your fav music, podcast, or book.

Food For Thought
Many people look at their lives or misfortunes and identify that with their unhappiness. What if instead we didn’t look at what our lives are and what we don’t have as the definition of happiness. Our lives could play out so many different ways but there are constants that always bring us into happiness. What do those constants look like for you?
