Happy Monday beautiful people! This week I’m diving into the topic of living in the season you are in now. When we are in a place in life we feel is not where we want to be we can tend to yearn for more. Focusing on what we do not have in this season instead of working towards a greater season and learning from the process. Let’s dive in and feel free to share your thoughts in the comments.

Intentions
Cherish the time you have alone this week. You never know how long it will last. In the time of solitude is when you can find things out about yourself that you were unaware of. Use this alone time as intentional time and don’t waste it wishing you were somewhere that is not meant for you during this season of life.

Tip of the week
Take time to journal your thoughts. Many times we are always on the move or “busy” and never make time to understand our thoughts and feelings. Write the things that come to mind no matter if it makes sense.

Food For Thought
When we are alone it is easy for us to get on social media and scroll. Looking at the lives of everyone else and how they are experiencing life so much better than us or in a way we wish we could. There have been many times that I’ve been alone and seen other people living such great lives and thought I wish that was me. What if instead of thinking that, we thought “What can I do with this time that is beneficial for me and that will project me forward towards who/where I want to be in my life.”

Good Reads
This week’s read is a book of poems called All Along You Were Blooming: Thought for Boundless Living by Morgan Harper Nichols. This book is a collection of poems that encourages you to live for the season of life that you are in now. It is meant to inspire you to live in the moments that you are in. No matter if your not where you want to be.

Verse of the week
Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”
Hebrews 13:5
