This summer there are a lot of new trends coming out, such as the pom pom gladiator sandal, cute but just not all that practical! (especially if your in New York for the summer) For me personally those kind of sandals would fall apart after the first week if not by my own faults at the fault of others. This year I found that I’m liking more of a close toed shoe (that wouldn’t have anything to do with the millions of people walking the streets of New York would it? Hmmmm) These are just a few of my go to shoes for summer!

Ballet Flat

This isnt your traditional ballet flat. This one looks like an actual pointe shoe! These are so cute and add a little something extra to your outfit, plus they bring back a little of that chile hood memorie almost every little girl has of being a ballerina when they grow up!

Espadrille

The espadrille is such a classic style shoe and can be dressed up or down depending on the style and color you go with! I love these with a pair of mom jeans and any type of flowy top. I think it gives such an effortless and classic look.

Birkentsock’s

I know not many people like the look of these sandals, but i just think they are so chic! These shoes add a little boyish vibe to an outfit for those days when you dont feel like bein all cutesy. Plus they are super comfy!

Gladiator heel

So like i said the whole gladiator pom pom thing so cute but just not practical for every day. These on the other hand are a must have. They spice up a casual outfit for all day use, and are so comfortable, or you could take these on a night out on the town with the girls!

Adidas superstars

Okay so last but definitely not least are these bad boys comfort and style, sign me up! These are great for running errands, going to amusement parks, or just about anything that has to do with a ton of walking. I just recently go myself a pair and I love them!
